Follow this easy recipe for a delicious summer gluten-free, corn-free appetizer. I plan to make 2 dozen next time! Canola Oil or Olive Oil, for frying 2 large eggs 1 cup ice water (or milk; we use 100% Lactose-Free milk) 1 cup sweet rice flour 12 zucchini flowers/blossoms with stems Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper Beat eggs, flour and water until smooth. Pre-heat oil in deep frying pan. Dip each blossom into batter; fry over medium-high heat until golden brown. Drain over paper towels. Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve.
